About Taberna La Tana
Since opening in 1993, La Taberna La Tana has always been much more than just a place to drink. Founded by the mother of Jesús González, sommelier and owner, together with his sister Luisa, this tavern has become a must-visit destination for wine lovers in Granada.
Unlike traditional restaurants, where food is usually the main focus, at La Tana wine is the undisputed star. Here, guests not only enjoy a wide selection of wines, but also have the opportunity to experience the true essence of wine culture.
With an impressive wine list boasting almost 600 wines, including around 80 available by the glass, every bottle tells a story at La Tana. From local varieties to internationally renowned wines, the offer is as diverse as it is exciting. In addition, Jesús, who is president of the Granada Sommelier Association, brings his vast knowledge and passion for wine to ensure that every visit to La Tana is memorable and educational.
