About Dede at Customs House

Dede is very much a destination restaurant, and rightfully so. It's tucked away in the far reaches of West Cork, with two Michelin stars and an equally fabulous wine list. The menu is Turkish-inspired, prepared by highly skilled and talented chef Ahmet Dede and team.

The wine list is curated to a high level and if you don’t want to choose a gem from the extensive wine list, the tasting wines have been precisely chosen by Jacques. An excellent selection of Champagne, traditional classics with wines off the beaten track.

It is wonderful when a restaurant that has a tremendous food offering pairs its menu with an impressive wine list. More than worth a detour.
