Morgan VanderKamer

Morgan VanderKamer is a Canadian born sommelier and co-owner of Union Wine Bar & Restaurant in the city of Waterford, Ireland. She is the current President of the Irish Guild of Sommeliers, holds the WSET Level 3 certification and is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers.

Ms. VanderKamer has been in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years and has worked in several international markets. She is passionate about teaching the next generation in the industry and is currently working on developing novel training methods with the Irish Sommelier Educational Team.
