Founded by two top sommeliers (Jasper Sun and Sol Yang), Wine Universe opened in Shenzhen in 2021, following the successful launch of the original in Shanghai. All staff are trained sommeliers, and eager to find the exact right glass of wine for their guests to enjoy, be that something niche or more premium.
