Komuro 小室

An eight-seater sushi restaurant, Sushi Komuro is one of the most hard-to-book restaurants in town. It is a sushi omakase restaurant where a single menu is available, and diners are able to watch as the expert chef prepares their meal in front of them. It is a partnership with Ginza Sushi Arai (銀座 鮨あらい). The wine list offers an in-depth selection of Champagnes and Burgundies, while tucked away there are also some back vintages that are difficult to find elsewhere in the city. And when you flip to the page of Loire valley, you would be surprised to find out the selections of many cult producers from there.
