The Stirling possesses a wine list with verticals and extensive offerings from all the best winemakers from the Adelaide Hills wine region and a great selection of wines from Kiwi land. There are also some big guns from Burgundy on the list, like Raveneau, Domaine Leflaive, Domaine Dujac and many more – all at a reasonable price point.

The retail cellar door is just awesome; sometimes you will find wines that blow your socks off. There are not many places that are blessed with spots like The Stirling.
