About Piazza Pasticcio
Piazza Pasticcio is the result of the belief that beauty comes from chaos (pasticcio means “disorder,” or “chaos”). The wine list has a backbone of Italian wines: whites, sparkling, oranges, rosés and reds. Rather than looking for natural, minimal intervention or ‘conventional’ wines, they seek those that tell a story through their label, producer, or region. There are wines from northern, central and southern Italy, plus Spain, France, Germany, Austria, and not forgetting Mexico.
With a compact but well-selected list, Wine Manager Juan Pablo is really skilled in detecting customers’ needs and the staff in general has a good level of knowledge about wine.
All in all, a relaxed place with good Italian food and a modest food and wine menu. Definitely a cosy spot in which to enjoy a couple of wines and chat.
