Without a doubt, the best wine bar to open in Mexico City in 2025.
This is an industrial wine bar with excellent negronis, quality food, good coffee, outstanding service and, most importantly, an incredible selection of wines from around the world, served in the finest glassware available.
Wilton, former head sommelier at Quintonil, opened this project with his partners in early January 2025, and it quickly became one of the top spots for wine lovers. Without a doubt, it is one of the places you cannot miss if you like wine. It is also in an excellent location, making a visit almost mandatory.
The entire staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and can recommend a glass or bottle from their extensive selection. Germany, Austria, New Zealand, Jura, Banyuls, Commandaria, Riesling from the USA, Sémillon from South Africa? Just ask – they are sure to have something for you.
