You can walk into his wine room and pick your favourite bottle, and Martin will cook for you the perfect pairing to your wine. And after dinner you can stir yourself a Gin & Tonic, which makes you feel relaxed and as if you were at home.
Paradoxon won silver in the category Best Short Wine List in Star Wine List of the Year Austria 2021.
