In a sixteenth century palace in Haro, one of the wine capitals of the world, chef Miguel Caño and his team create a creative cuisine using only the power of fire, wood and vine shoots.
Wine is one of the protagonists in the restaurant: with more than 1,000 references, two pairings and a unique space dedicated to wine, you can enjoy an unforgettable experience. The expert selection of its sommelier Alessandro Manna offers the best that can be found in La Rioja; thanks to a constant search for and relevance given to small producers, it is possible to taste unique jewels and impossible wines.
