About Roots
A wine bar located in Logroño, capital of Rioja, the gastronomy here focuses on seasonal products and classic cuisine. It is a meeting point for all wine lovers who want to visit wineries in the region, in addition to many winemakers and wine professionals from other regions.
They have a big selection of wines by the glass, which change weekly, as well as an extensive bottle list that places great emphasis on the wines of Rioja, working side by side with the most interesting and innovative projects as well as historical and established wineries. They also have a very careful selection of wines from other regions and a section for international wines.
What’s more, they make their own wine and, once a week, you can enjoy tastings led by different wineries. All this under the direction of Oleg Buyalo, founder and sommelier of Roots.
