Hos Talevski

It may sound simple, but there is a deep commitment here to both food and wine, with an enthusiastic and highly regarded Italian expert overseeing the cellar. The wine list is carefully curated and ranges from approachable table wines from Italy to top bottles carefully collected, available in various formats and vintages. Who says pizza and Grand Cru wines don’t belong together?

On the plate, beautifully presented seasonal dishes sometimes feel more Swedish than Italian, thanks to a strong focus on local ingredients at their peak. The pizzas also move between classic Italian styles and seasonal creations, featuring ingredients such as chanterelles or new potatoes, depending on the time of year.
