About Ganbara Bar
This family-owned and run restaurant is located in the historic centre of the capital of Gipuzkoa, and first opened its doors in 1984 with the aim of offering great pinchos. Managed by the founder Amaia who oversees the kitchen, her son Amaiur supervises the front of house and the wine cellar. You can choose to eat in the relaxed pinchos bar, or in the more formal restaurant, where a seasonal menu offers top quality dishes. Whichever you choose, Amaiur’s’s love of wine shines through, with the list offering labels from around the world, including some rarities, vintages and unique bottles.
