About Fusion19
Fusion 19 is based on respect for the products of the island of Mallorca; for them, the external influences and memories mark the character of the cuisine, and fusion itself is exactly that. Situated in an area surrounded by beaches it is without doubt a great choice if you are staying in the upper part of the island.
The wine list is clearly influenced by the nationality of the sommelier: Alex is Galician and his love for the Atlantic wines is reflected on the list. The wine list holds more than 300 references, and a careful selection of Spanish vermouths will delight those who want to discover this restaurant awarded by the Michelin Guide.
The service and attention to detail are well deserving of recognition.
