About Épure
Épure is a 1-star Michelin French restaurant at Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, one of the most lively areas in Kowloon. The wine program is managed by an experienced wine director. The wine list focuses on French wine, covering a huge price range from a few hundred dollars to over two-hundred-thousand a bottle. You can find fine wines there such as Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. They do a lovely wine pairing for their tasting menu. Besides an awesome wine cellar inside the dining area, they also have a small cheese cellar where they store their nice cheese selection. It is a place for lovers of both cheese and wine.
