De Kromme Dissel

De Kromme Dissel is a Michelin starred restaurant since 1971, making it the Dutch record holder in this field. The restaurant is located in a 17th-century farm house close to Hotel Klein Zwitserland. The service over here is easy-going but always first class.

Modern colours and elements are contrasting the classic atmosphere of the old farmhouse. Ronnie Brouwer is for many years the dedicated sommelier over here, a very humble guy with great humour but with a lot of knowledge and also holder of a master’s degree in hospitality.

The wine list is well priced and not too big and you will find a variety of great wines from basically everywhere. Hidden gems like Veldelho from Pico (Azores), Bianco Gentile from Antoine-Marie Arena (Corsica) and Bourgogne Irancy can be found on the well-presented list.
