In the heart of Old Lyon, chef Baptiste Rivière creates innovative and indulgent cuisine, presented in a true ‘armada’ of sharing plates. Baptiste describes his cooking as “canaille” – a clever blend of fine dining and street food, all served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

On the wine side, sommelier Marie Ferry guides guests through a selection of nearly 150 references, boldly combining different terroirs and viticultural methods. Whether organic, biodynamic, or conventional, the wines reflect her passion for diversity and quality. Marie also chooses wines based on her personal favourites, and her wine list evolves regularly to highlight lesser-known appellations or winemakers.

The wine-by-the-glass offering is equally dynamic. Neither fixed nor predefined, it follows Marie's instinct and current desires. She aims to spark a true conversation with the guest, offering wines that will trigger their curiosity.
