About Adega Wine Bar
Adega is yet another interesting addition to the booming food and wine scene developing in Prince Edward County. Established by sommelier and founder Thierry Alcantara-Stewart, Adega’s unfussed atmosphere offers up a delicious tapas menu, as well as a relatively expansive wine list of quirky international selections.
The wine list - with separate sections for orange wine and chilled reds – is well priced and sneakily ambitious, with many offerings from oft-neglected countries as Germany and Austria.
Visitors may also enjoy an array of themed events, including live jazz nights and feasts of Brazilian Feijoada.
