Over a Glass of Wine with Ester Cardús Llopart & The Living History of Sparkling Wine | April 10, 19:00h

On Thursday, April 10, at Público - Cuina de Mercat, we will have the privilege of sharing an evening with Ester Cardús Llopart, owner of Llopart, one of the most iconic sparkling wine wineries in Spain.

Beyond a name, Llopart is living wine history, with roots dating back to 1385 and a legacy that has remained committed to quality and tradition. On this special night, Esther will join us to share the philosophy, origins, and evolution of a winery that has shaped the path of Corpinnat.

For the occasion, we will uncork Original 1887 Enoteca Familiar 2010, a Brut Nature sparkling wine crafted from Montònega, Xarel·lo, and Macabeu grapes, sourced from vineyards planted between 1934 and 1956 at the Les Flandes estate. Aged for over 164 months, this enological gem embodies the elegance and unique character of Llopart.
