On Thursday, May 8, at Público - Cuina de Mercat, we have the privilege of sharing a Sideways evening with Dominik Huber, founder and winemaker of Terroir al Límit.

This is a rare opportunity to gain insight into the vision and philosophy of one of Priorat’s most innovative producers, whose commitment to sustainable viticulture has redefined the elegance of wines from the region.

For this special occasion, we’ll be uncorking Dits del Terra 2017, a single-varietal Cariñena made from 60+ year-old vines grown on south-facing slate slopes in Torroja del Priorat. Fermented with whole clusters and aged for 8 months in concrete tanks, this wine offers a pure and complex expression of terroir.
