Monday, the 28th of November, renowned Swedish chef Björn Frantzén opens his latest venture Studio Frantzén at the top of the Harrods department store in London. Here, Nordic cuisine with Asian influences will be served in a modern Scandinavian setting.

“I’m so excited to be back in London in a dynamic space at the top of Harrods, where we’ll be serving a fresh combination of Nordic and Asian ingredients – with a touch of French cuisine,” says Björn Frantzén in a press release.

Studio Frantzén in London has 150 seats, a spacious roof terrace, two bars and an interior similar to the three Michelin-star flagship Restaurant Frantzén in Stockholm. The restaurant will open every day of the week from noon until late.

The restaurant has opted for an à la carte menu that is intended to be suitable both for a quick lunch and a long dinner. Some of the dishes will be prepared ”from the fireplace”, just like at Frantzéns open kitchen in Stockholm.

Table reservations are open, and doors will open on the 28th of November.
