E&G won Best German Wine List in Sweden 2022

E&G in Stockholm has Sweden’s best list with German wines. The restaurant won the category Best German Wine List when Star Wine List of the Year 2022 was celebrated on Apr. 3. The category was presented by Wines of Germany.

"A great mix of regions, grapes and styles, representing all of Germany and not only the famous regions like Mosel. A real delight to see a mix of classic and new wave producers as well as some exciting back vintages. Zum Wohl!" says jury member Marc Almert, Best Sommelier of the World 2019, about E&G’s winning list.

Fellow jury member Arvid Rosengren, Best Sommelier of the World 2016, said from stage during the live event:

"The competition was tough in this category but our winner does a great job in highlighting all of the the greatness about German wine."
