About The Allocation Room
Tucked away in a corner of Miami’s charming Coconut Grove neighborhood is a polished wine bar where you’ll likely find locals on any given afternoon. The Allocation Room is in the same building complex as Michelin-starred Ariete, and it is the passion project of Ariete Hospitality Group Partner and Beverage Director, Adrian Lopez.
At The Allocation Room, you can order off the rotating by-the-glass list, or pick a bottle from the shelves to enjoy while you visit. Small bites are available, like olives, housemade white cheddar popcorn, and Cinco Jotas jamón ibérico with tomato/olive oil crackers, but really, this is the place for enjoying wine, sake, or cocktails.
