Located in the Edgewater neighbourhood, north of Downtown Miami, Amara at Paraiso has one of the best waterside dining views in the city. The inside of the restaurant is beautifully decorated and offers an ambiance of coastal elegance, while outdoor dining is chic and inviting on a warm South Florida night.
The cuisine has a Latin American flare, and the wine list complements with options from around the globe, but with an emphasis on South American bottles you may not find elsewhere. Orange wine from Uruguay and Grenache from Mexico make an appearance, though you’ll also find classics from the US, Italy, and France.
