The food is prepared with sustainability as a guiding principle, both in terms of the produce and other aspects. The food comes as a tasting menu, with flavourful dishes that still manage to surprise.
The wine list also leans strongly towards the natural, focusing primarily on France, Italy, Germany and Austria, but with detours to Sweden, Spain, Greece and more.
