About Rustic Canyon
From plate to glass, Rustic Canyon is here to truly embody the West Coast lifestyle. Chef/Owner, (not to mention author) Jeremy Fox is back in the kitchen at Rustic Canyon. He's more inspired than ever, creating beautiful new dishes from exceptional farmer's market produce, with his motto ever present: simple ain't easy. As the market is always changing, so is his menu. The culinary menu changes a little each day, so every time you come you can experience something new.
The constantly evolving menu is highlighted with dishes such as farmer's cheese gnocchi with peas & green garlic, and petaluma duck leg confit with red wine-braised cabbage, pink lady apple and hazelnut.
About the Rustic Canyon Wine List
The wine list, which definitely has its California heavy hitters, shows great character with selections like magnums of Frank Cornelissen's Munjebel VA Bianco 2017 and Domaine Pinson's Le Clos Grand Cru Chablis. Vintage depth, which is tough to come by in Los Angeles, is represented generously throughout Rustic Canyon’s list. 1974 Emidio Pepe Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and 1993 Mayacamas Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, both affordably priced, are just a few of the many ready to drink gems on their list.
