Quality Wines

Established in June 2018, Quality Wines are actually situated on an historic vineyard from the St John's order of the Catholic Church dating back to 1100! The wine offer rests on the shoulders of the knowlegable and characterful Gus Gluck. There's a concise but perfectly formed menu of small plates and snacks skillfully whipped up by chef Nick Bramham (with support from next doors head chef, Shaun Searley). They operate as a shop and deli throughout the day and a wine bar in the evenings - simply add on £15 to the retail price and get drinking. The food is an hommage to European wine bar food with a Quality Chop Twist (game & British ingredients coming to the fore). The wine selection is always changing - they buy from a large number of the best importers in London, including small parcels of interesting and top growers from all over the world. They are part of the excellent group who also run Portland, Clipstone and of course The Quality Chophouse restaurant next door. Quality by name, quality by nature.
