About Die Weinbank

Chef de cuisine Gerhard Fuchs and Maitre/Sommelier Christian Zach, a dream duo of food and wine, stand for high-quality gastronomy, both in the bistro and in the little fine dining room, where the guests are served a six or seven-course menu. Fuchs loves classic cuisine, is more into French than Italian cooking and has developed a lighter, less rich style for his dishes.

The wines on the list are also more precise, slim and nevertheless delicate. They may come from Burgundy or “Taste the live”-winemakers of South of Styria. Anyway, this is one of the best wine lists in the country.
