About Cookoovaya
Cookoovaya translates as “owl” in English and this restaurant's self-titled "wise cuisine" centres on the careful sourcing, handling, and cooking of fish.
Chef patron Periklis Koskinas and his team present a Greek menu rooted in simplicity, seeking depth and flavour: raw fish carpaccio with lemon, thyme and olive oil; grilled octopus with fava; traditional Ionian specialities like fish bourdetto or the signature bianco.
The wine list focusses on new producers and independent wineries, with pairings encouraged.
