About Cadet
A natural wine bar collaboration between importers Beattie & Roberts, charcuterie/pate en croute obsessive George Jephson and former St John and Lyle’s chef Jamie Smart. Set in the leafy Newington Green in northeast London, Cadet is a small, chilled, modern wine bar open from noon for glasses and a bite to eat in or bottles to take away.
A showcase for B & R producers, the section is largely French, with all the natural heavy regions covered, Alsace, Jura, Loire and more.
