Arrels Restaurant

Arrels is a fine dining restaurant in the picturesque town Sagunto about an half hour’s drive north of Valencia. Set in the old town below Sagunto’s impressive old fortress, Arrels was created by the young chef Vicky Sevilla. She serves inventive tasting menus both for lunch and dinner. At our visit we were blown away by the innovative, fresh and tasty cuisine. The wine list is very good and diverse and the wine pairings were expertly made, and offered very good value.

Arrels (which means roots in the local Valencia language) has been celebrated by the Michelin guide and we are happy to give it a Red Star in Star Wine List too. Very much worth a trip if you are in the region.
