About AOC
AOC is a two-star Michelin restaurant situated in the vaulted cellars of the historic mansion Moltkes Palæ, dating back to the 17th century, and just a short walk from Kongens Nytorv in the very centre of Copenhagen. Behind the restaurant is Christian Aarø, president of the Danish Sommelier Association and award winning sommelier. The wine list has an impressive depth in vintages from some of the most recognized and coveted producers.
About the AOC Wine List
The AOC wine list is focused around the most classical areas of the wine world, with a very large selection of for example Raveneau, the first vintage of Krug Clos d’Ambonnay and d’Yquem 1959. The wine pairings often embrace both old, young, conservative, edgy, conventional and organic wines in great storytellings for your palate. The servers walk you through the details of the menu as if they had spent a lifetime preparing the dishes themselves.
