To mark Barcelona Wine Week, Público – Cuina de Mercat presents an informal activation designed to enjoy wine by the glass through a selection of tapas with wine pairing included. Each tapa is served with a different wine, chosen to highlight flavours and textures in an approachable, gastronomic way. The selection includes “00” Cantabrian anchovies on brioche with smoked butter, smoked steak tartare with rosemary oil caviar, and dry-aged Iberian pork with demi-glace and foie mi-cuit, paired respectively with Llopart Microcosmos, Terra de Cuques Blanco, and La Coma d’en Genís 2022.
