A SHERRY SUPPER CLUB AT PÚBLICO

As part of International Sherry Week 2025, Público – Cuina de Mercat hosts a new edition of A Sherry Supper Club: Land & Memory, a journey through landscapes, flavors, and traditions that connect Andalusia and the Mediterranean.
The evening will be presented by Chelsea Anthon — founder of Sherry Week and Certified Sherry Educator — together with Erin Van de Hey, Spanish Wine Scholar and Managing Director at Chelsea Co.
Four chefs from Pantea Group — Aziz Aoulad (Head Chef, Público), Albert Bocalandria and Juan José Abreu (Executive Chefs, Pantea Group), and Matteo Frigoli (Head Chef, Eldelmar – Hermanos Torres) — join forces for a one-night-only tasting menu inspired by memory, territory, and emotion.
Each course will be paired with an exceptional Sherry from Bodegas Lustau, celebrating the diversity and depth of this iconic Andalusian wine:
Lustau Manzanilla En Rama, Saca 2025 – Sanlúcar de Barrameda Lustau Amontillado Botaina, Saca 2025 – Jerez Lustau Rare Oloroso Emperatriz Eugenia – Jerez Lustau East India, Cream – Jerez From the saline freshness of Manzanilla to the velvety sweetness of Cream Sherry, each pairing tells a story — a dialogue between land, time, and memory.
To begin, guests will be welcomed with a cocktail titled “Manzanilla & Liquid Olive”, inspired by the saline breeze of Cádiz — a refreshing and aromatic aperitif crafted with Manzanilla En Rama, Amontillado, and arbequina olive oil infused with green olive.
