Prism wins By The Glass category in Germany 2021

Prism has the best by the glass list in Germany. The restaurant was awarded the gold medal in the By The Glass category in the first ever Star Wine List of the Year Germany on 26 April, presented in partnership with Austrian Wine.

“All the finalist venues were great, but Prism has more than 200 wines by the glass and it is amazing to be able to manage the logistics of that. But there is also great diversity, even from the Middle east, for a good price,” says jury member Paz Levinson.

Prism is now qualified for the Global Final of Star Wine List of the Year on 31 May.

“We try to pick wines from the darker corners of the world. Our chef comes from Israel, just like I do, and cooks our food with modern techniques. We believe these wines go really well with our food, and of course these classical producers helped to create the wine world we have today,” says Prism’s Omer Dayan Alsheh.

GLOBAL FINAL
The winners of the Global Categories are now qualified for the Global Star Wine List of the Year, in partnership with Austrian Wine. It will be held online on 31 May.
The winners of the Austrian Wine List category also win an all-inclusive trip to Vienna and VieVinum in 2022.
