The hotel and restaurant PURS is the first public space the Belgian designer and architect Axel Vervoordt has designed as an overall project - and it is safe to say that he truly outdid himself. Each room has been individually designed and carries Vervoordt’s unconventional signature, with a stylistic and formal idiom that connects history to modernity.
PURS stands for purity and authenticity. A good cuisine should be amazingly simple, with a connection to the region where it is based, and above all – delicious! At the PURS, you can expect craftsmanship, a kitchen that reveals its affection for its surroundings in terms of smell, aroma and sensory properties. A charming dialogue with nature.
About the PURS Wine List
PURS’ ingenious concept offers a matching selection of wines. You will find more than 800 different labels on offer and each one is in a class of its very own. Sommelier Marian Henss is renowned for his focus on the authenticity of each wine. “Its taste has to be typical for the respective production area and perfectly mirror its character and its origin,” says Marian.
