About Truff Le Pig

A natural wine and Champagne bar, borne out of the team's wish to develop the natural wine and grower Champagne culture in Riga with a modern and laid-back hangout space. Though the team is small, it packs a punch, bringing together charming and knowledgeable wine people who have worked in some of the most exciting restaurants and natural wine bars around the world. The bar's philosophy and approach to wine is fundamentally uncomplicated, aiming to import and serve producers that meet their values for sustainability, honouring the practice and history of winemaking. They are probably the most popular Champagne and natural wine bar in Riga, by far. Being so popular they do not take any reservations, which makes it even more challenging to get there.

Around 90% of their wine selection is their own import, making their wine program different from others in Riga. A fine selection of Champagne growers, some of them having global cult status. Additionally, they have great listings of very fine low-intervention producers from Austria, Spain, Italy, Germany and France. And, the prices are really friendly with balanced margins.
