Restaurant Sletten is located in the northern part of Sjælland, 40 km north of Copenhagen. The restaurant is just by the sea, and during summer the outdoor serving is amazing. The wine list shows the love for French and Italian wines. It features a wide selection of Burgundy, Rhone, Bordeaux, and wine mainly from northern Italy. There is also a smaller selection of other classic areas.
