About Rebelle
Restaurant Rebelle (one Michelin star) is a gastronomic restaurant located in Marke, a stone's throw from Kortrijk. At Rebelle, quality is key, with an eye for detail and balance. Chef Martijn Defauw works with fresh and carefully selected ingredients and applies a minimalist approach, focusing on the product, authenticity and passion.
There is also a great passion for wine. You can feel that immediately from the combinations between the suggested wines and the dishes. If we are to believe the sommeliers, Michiel Theys and Yoerik Depraetere, the chef sometimes even departs from the wine to make the pairing between wine and dish even more successful. A dream for every sommelier but also for the guests.
