About P&V Wine + Liquor Merchants Paddington
Reminiscent of a French cave à manger or an Italian enoteca in style, PnV Paddington combines a wine shop with a wine bar. The 400 bin list focuses on natural wine of a broad spectrum, supported by craft spirits, artisan beer and junmai sakes.
There’s no set by the glass list - rather a rotating selection of 15 to 20 wines, determined by what the staff feel like opening on the day and what guests are interested in drinking. Guests can browse the shelves themselves or take a seat in the sunny courtyard out the back and let the staff select a few options for them. There’s food on offer too, organised in tandem with Bistro Porcine, located upstairs.
Wine Tasting at P&V Wine + Liquor Merchants Paddington
Wine tastings or masterclasses occur almost twice a week, either led by staff, suppliers or winemakers. Will organise bespoke tastings on request.
