About Oliva Enoteca
Oliva Enoteca occupies an old mansion in Mérida’s historic center, restored in 2015 to bring new life to the first restaurant on Calle 47, now known as the city’s ‘Gastronomic Corridor.’ Since then, we have all been able to enjoy contemporary Italian cuisine with the soul of central Italy and the heart of Yucatán.
The wine list contains over 200 labels, designed to help guests discover and share distinctive wines – wines with history, created by winemakers and wineries that respect the environment and authentically express the character of their regions. The selection mainly covers different areas of Italy, France, and Mexico. In addition, they have options by the glass and a careful selection of premium wines served by Coravin.
Delicious food, impeccable attention to detail, dimmed light and a knowledgeable staff – what else we could ask for? Always check if Abraham is available; he’s very keen on sharing the best pairings and anything new he’s got in.
