Nat Bistro

Nat Bistro is located in the center of Kraków, taking over the spot of another well-known wine bar (Trzy Cztery Wine). The founder is Joseph di Blasi, who is well known in the Polish wine community. He is the first major importer of natural wines to the market via his company, Naturaliści, and operates a wine shop elsewhere in the city.

An incredibly stylish place, Nat Bistro’s design sits somewhere between Paris and Copenhagen, no matter how clichéd that sounds: a few tables, positioned closely together; a large, high bar; and food that sits somewhere between a wine bar and a bistro.

Nat Bistro mostly relies on Naturaliści, so it's also one of the places with the widest selection from them in Poland. As an importer, they are not driven by trends but by a certain consistency on both sides, since this is a difficult wine category, and Naturaliści have been representing some of these estates for over a decade. Typically, you'll find here estates like Jean-Pierre Robinot, Sebastian Riffault, Patrick Bouju (including his project with Ligas), Patrick Desplats, Sébastien Morin, Strohmeier from Styria, Cornelissen from Etna, and many others – definitely a very strong selection in its category.

The glasses are small Parisian-style ones – hard to break.
