Inside the blue lagoon, the restaurant houses the only cellar built by frozen lava from a volcano that erupted in 1226. The wine list contains vertical vintages from countries like France, Spain and the US. The tasting menu is in charge of Agnar Sverrisson, former Michelin star chef in London.
