A relaxed natural wine shop, deli and bar on the North East coast of Whitley Bay (head east towards the north sea from Newcastle and you’re there). Drop in for a glass and snack, and keep an eye out for their regular tastings and events.

There’s plenty of affordable fizz to start you off, albeit next to no Champagne in sight. Instead it’s an eclectic selection of frizzante, pet nat, crémant and so on. The still wines are very reasonably priced, so you simply cannot fault the value. Rosé comes in all shades of pink (15 of them no less), while the whites and reds from Europe are divided into lighter / heavier styles and, as you’d expect for natural winos, a hefty dose of skin contact too.
