Jaja’s wine list is built around one simple principle: wine made from nothing but grapes - pure, honest, and alive. The team works with growers who embrace organic and biodynamic farming, allowing nature to take the lead with minimal intervention. Jaja was one of the first places in Berlin to focus on minimal intervention wines when they opened and they are still THE reference in Germany on this commitment to natural winemaking.

With now over 1,000 carefully chosen wines, essentially and predominantly from France but also from other small, artisanal European wineries, the list is broad, diverse, and deeply curated. Each bottle carries a signature - one that reflects this precise and passionate commitment.
