This small wine bar is the bet of two friends, one a chef and the other a sommelier. Alejandro has worked in different places, even with Michelin star restaurant like Marc Fosh. Here the atmosphere is much more relaxed than in star restaurants. Opened at the beginning of 2024, with already more than 150 wine references, this new neighbourhood establishment is sure to soon position itself as one of Palma's nicest wine bars. A careful selection of wines, both local and national, and some pinzalada from outside will make these dishes to elevate their taste. Tacos, Vitelo tonato, tapas… a selection of simple dishes but with a lot of flavour, to this we add that Alejandro likes fresh wines, with good acidity and that are respectful ecologically speaking.

You can find several local producers who make use of the varieties of this land, Callet (a local grape, which gives wines of medium body and very nice acidity, located mainly in the Felanix area, it was introduced by the Anima Negra winery but producers like 4k and many others are making really good wines). Gorgollassa (This variety is in fashion, and the Gorgollassa is pure fruit juice, ideal reds for the heat of Mallorca, Mesquida Mora, Can Xanet make great examples). Escursac (This variety is the lightest of the Mallorcan reds, here, Cati Ribot or Soca Rel do not fail ) varieties that undoubtedly demonstrate that the wine of Mallorca is at its best moment.
