It is located 10 minutes walking from the ́Plaza del Castillo ́ in Pamplona. In its quiet, cozy and elegant atmosphere, they offer an à la carte menu of seasonal cuisine. If you are in Pamplona this is a must-go!
The extensive wine list is curated by Angel, one of the owners and alma mater of the place. He has been building the cellar for many years, and currently the wine program includes almost 400 references on the list, and around 80 more options outside it. There are a wide range of styles and countries to choose from; Spain is well covered with a great selection of Navarra wines.
So is France, with other countries like Argentina, Chile, Australia among others, to choose from! Classic producers are well documented, but you can also find small niche projects.
