About El Kabo
It is a charming restaurant located in Pamplona. Only a few months after their opening they got their first Michelin Star. It is a young, energetic and talented team, led by the owners Jaione, sommelier and maitre, and Aaron, running the kitchen. They offer a tasting menu that changes every season.
The wine list is concise but ticks all the boxes covering mainly small local producers, as well as those from other regions of Spain, and some international options. Anyway, there are always options outside the list.
The pairing is their must-go option. They offer 2 options; the ̈classic pairing ̈ with 6 wines from different parts of Navarra, and the ̈premium paring ̈ with 8 wines from Navarra, Spain and outside the country. Nothing is fixed here, they totally adapt their offer according to your preferences.
