About AZ
There are so many Chinese dining in the city but a good place to enjoy pairing wines and Chinese cuisine is here called Az. Located in the basement of the same building as the Michelin-starred Chi-Fu in Nishitenma, it is actually a casual dining establishment under the same management as Chi-Fu. They share their walk-in cellar with Chi-Fu upstairs, so you can pick any bottles you like from their selection.
If you find a wine in the cellar that is not on the list, you can order it from Chi-Fu's list. In other words, you have the option of ordering a bottle from two different lists.
