Head sommelier Alissa Tossoudes (former Best Sommelier of Cyprus) and her fellow sommeliers take great pride in the wine list, which contains around 430 labels. They strive to present guests with the best wines available across all price ranges. The selection features a wide range of wines primarily from the classic regions of Europe, along with some gems from the rest of the world. Special attention is given to regional wines that offer a taste of the local terroir, thus supporting nearby vineyards and providing a unique, place-specific experience. With over 30 wines available by the glass (using the Coravin system), which rotate based on the season and restaurant, they aim to find the best possible match to the outstanding dishes prepared by the chefs.
